Under general supervision of the Lab Operations Director, the incumbent will provide oversight and leadership to the team responsible for lab services at the site. This role is responsible for coordinating the efforts of lab services drawn onsite and sent offsite for processing, as well as working with stakeholders across the MGB system to optimize workflows. The Supervisor will also work alongside the other phlebotomists in blood draws when not performing administrative duties. This position is also responsible for educating and training staff in the department. We are currently hiring a full-time, 40-hour Lab Supervisor to work on site Monday-Friday from 8:00 am and 4:30 pm!
