Shift/Time Zone: Day Mon-Fri 7:00am - 4:00pm Rotational Saturday

Description: The Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) represents the face of the company to patients who come in, both as part of their health routine or for insights into life-defining health decisions. The PSR I draws quality blood samples from patients and prepares those specimens for lab testing while following standard procedures for specimen handling and processing. The PSR I checks temperature logs, troubleshoots, verifies, and operates high-level, laboratory-related machines and equipment necessary to provide excellent patient service.
