Job scope
- Supervise a team of delivery drivers, providing them with training, guidance, and motivation to achieve daily and overall delivery goals
- Plan, organize and execute daily delivery schedule to ensure high productivity and on-time delivery
- Identify and resolving delivery issues
- Responsible for driver feedback
- Observe and provide feedback on current practices to identify areas for improvement
