Forklift Operators are critical to our success at Frito-Lay! In this entry-level warehouse role, you'll operate a forklift to move products, load and unload trailers, and manage inventory. Though you'll start out as a Forklift Operator, this role can lead to long-term career growth within Frito-Lay or our parent company, PepsiCo.

Role and Responsibilities * Operate a forklift safely after completing company-provided training and certification. * Load and unload pallets of product from trailers. * Store product in multi-tiered warehouse racks safely and efficiently. * Use handheld scanners and inventory control systems to manage warehouse inventory. * Pick cases accurately based on order specifications using required technology. * Complete general housekeeping tasks such as sweeping, trash removal, and trailer cleaning.

Work Environment and Schedule * Facility operates 24/7 – must be willing to work off-shifts, weekends, and holidays. * Physical role: you'll be on your feet for the entire shift and work in varied conditions. * May involve working at heights and in environments with extreme temperatures or loud equipment.

Required Skills and Experience * Must be 18 years of age or older. * Ability to lift 15 to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation. * Capable of standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stretching, and climbing ladders/lifts for extended periods. * Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry items repeatedly with or without accommodation. * Willingness to work in environments with slippery floors, high noise levels, or fluctuating humidity and temperature.
