Under the guidance of the Senior AllPRO Tester and in partnership with the Information Technology (IT) team, your responsibilities include participating in system functionality testing, documentation, and requirement discussions. You will assist with designing, planning, deploying, and executing testing scenarios, documenting results, logging defects, and tracking issues. Attendance at planning meetings and providing research and support for the ALLPRO application are also expected.
Key system knowledge includes ALLPRO systems (TellerPRO, SalesPRO, ServicePRO, CarePRO), ancillary systems (SharePoint, Quality Center), and the core system to apply quality assurance and testing methodologies. You should be able to analyze testing results, identify issues, and communicate findings effectively to relevant stakeholders. Additionally, you will document enhancement requests from frontline users and perform system reviews for quality control.
Job Accountabilities
- Design, plan, deploy, and perform system integration tests covering all business requirements using established methodologies.
- Create and document test cases, plans, results, and track time in applicable systems.
- Leverage knowledge of ALLPRO and frontline processes to establish usability testing.
- Communicate testing outcomes to managers, senior testers, and IT analysts, including development and presentations to key leaders.
- Participate in meetings; prepare and present topics as assigned.
- Coordinate with managers and senior testers to recommend system enhancements, draft requirements, and implement improvements.
- Maintain knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures and communicate process changes effectively.
Education & Experience
Education: Associate's Degree or equivalent experience.
Business & Finance Experience: 2-4 years in frontline roles, including sales (new accounts) and/or teller, with familiarity in system functionality and programming related to ALLPRO and other applications.

The pay range for this role is $18.51 - $31.73 per hour, based on factors such as location, skills, experience, and education.
