Basic Qualifications:

• High School Education or GED equivalency.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

1. Assemble parts according to process sheet/print instructions.
2. Perform electrical, mechanical, magnetic testing as required (i.e., dielectric, megger, hipot, etc.).
3. Perform in-process hi-pot testing and basic setup of fixtures.
4. Perform vapor blasting as required; conduct inventory counts and verification.
5. Assist with prototype or first-time builds under guidance from senior staff.
6. Support engineering and team in developing and improving layout procedures and process sheets.
7. Review expiration dates of materials to ensure all are current.
8. Work proactively to improve efficiency and product quality; maintain good housekeeping.
9. Use proper PPE, follow safety procedures.
10. Cross-train team members based on knowledge and experience.
11. Accurately complete all labor tracking documentation, electronically or in writing.
12. Report issues to the appropriate resource or coach.
13. Keep shift operators informed about operational or setup problems.
14. Communicate effectively with the team about new processes or issues, and interact with cross-functional teams such as planning.
15. Participate in and support team initiatives.
16. Understand and adhere to GE Leadership behaviors.
17. Perform other duties as required.

Physical Demands:

1. Repetitive use of hands and fingers.

3. Ability to sit continuously; lift up to 20 lbs; push/pull up to 22 lbs.

The pay for this position is $18/hour, with eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus or commission based on performance. The posting closes on 6/30/25.
