Basic Qualifications:
• High School Education or GED equivalency.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- Assemble parts according to process sheet/print instructions.
- Perform electrical, mechanical, magnetic testing as required (i.e., dielectric, megger, hipot, etc.).
- Perform in-process hi-pot testing and basic setup of fixtures.
- Perform vapor blasting as required; conduct inventory counts and verification.
- Assist with prototype or first-time builds under guidance from senior staff.
- Support engineering and team in developing and improving layout procedures and process sheets.
- Review expiration dates of materials to ensure all are current.
- Work proactively to improve efficiency and product quality; maintain good housekeeping.
- Use proper PPE, follow safety procedures.
- Cross-train team members based on knowledge and experience.
- Accurately complete all labor tracking documentation, electronically or in writing.
- Report issues to the appropriate resource or coach.
- Keep shift operators informed about operational or setup problems.
- Communicate effectively with the team about new processes or issues, and interact with cross-functional teams such as planning.
- Participate in and support team initiatives.
- Understand and adhere to GE Leadership behaviors.
- Perform other duties as required.

- Experience in assembly, soldering, and electronics manufacturing preferred.

- Ability to sit continuously; lift up to 20 lbs; push/pull up to 22 lbs.

The pay for this position is $18/hour, with eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus or commission based on performance. The posting closes on 6/30/25.
