Performance Tester Job at TechDigital Group in San Antonio

Must have: JMeter, Guidewire Policy Center, Functional & Automation Testing

1. Develop, run, and analyze a comprehensive suite of performance workloads and system benchmarks for release using tools like JMeter and Gatling.
2. Collaborate closely with systems and application developers to gather non-functional testing requirements, and deliver performance fixes and proactive improvements.
3. Design, prototype, and evaluate system performance and scalability enhancements.
4. Possess strong technical skills to troubleshoot and fix performance testing scripts.
5. Conduct benchmarking, analysis, and modeling for system capacity planning.
6. Configure performance testing within CI/CD pipelines and troubleshoot issues.
7. Have strong knowledge of APM tools like Datadog to identify root causes of performance issues.
