Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Participate in requirement gathering.
2. Estimate work and involve in resource planning.
3. Identify scope for automation and perform feasibility analysis.
4. Define automation roadmap.
5. Create and maintain automation test strategy.
6. Prepare automation test scripts with SOAP UI, UFT, Selenium.
7. Manage day-to-day project deliverables along with team members at offshore and onsite.
8. Review project artifacts prepared by team members.
9. Experience working in Agile environment.
10. Strong database knowledge: SQL Server, DB2, MySQL.
11. Good knowledge of HP ALM, TFS, JIRA.
12. Excellent communication skills for coordination with all project stakeholders, including business.
13. Metrics & governance reporting to stakeholders.
14. Insurance domain experience is preferred.
