Design and implement comprehensive performance testing strategies for web, mobile, and backend systems. Develop, maintain, and execute performance test scripts using LoadRunner and NeoLoad and familiar with Protocols such as Web HTTPHTML , JMS , SAP , Citrix Define performance benchmarks, KPIs, and SLAs in collaboration with stakeholders. Lead performance testing efforts including load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior performance engineers. Create detailed performance test plans, test cases, and documentation. Monitor application performance in production and recommend tuning opportunities. Analyze test results and identify performance bottlenecks across application layers (UI, API, database, infrastructure). Recommend and implement performance tuning and optimization strategies. Collaborate with development, DevOps, and QA teams to integrate performance testing into CICD pipelines. Evaluate and select appropriate performance testing tools and frameworks. Mentor and guide QA engineers on performance testing best practices. Create detailed documentation and reports for technical and non-technical audiences.
