The Electrical Component Tester is responsible for evaluating returned electrical components-such as breakers, meters, and controllers-to identify defects as part of the RMA process. This role supports root cause analysis and disposition decisions. Candidates should be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong wiring, documentation, and problem-solving skills are essential. This in-office position collaborates with Field Service and Quality teams to improve testing procedures and equipment reliability.

Required Skills & Experience
• High school diploma or GED required
• 3-4 years writing test procedures and performing software + hardware tests on electrical equipment (breakers, panels, TCP/IP, automatic switches, PLCs, Modbus, power quality meters)
Microsoft & ERP proficiency
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience in QA or RMA
