Role: Performance Tester with Neoload

Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite)

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute performance, load, stress, and endurance test scripts.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and architects to understand performance requirements.
• Identify key performance metrics (response time, throughput, resource utilization).
• Create and maintain performance test plans, test cases, and test data.
• Use tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, Neoload, Gatling, etc., for test execution.
• Analyze test results to identify bottlenecks, memory leaks, or slow queries.
• Work closely with development and infrastructure teams to resolve performance issues.
• Prepare detailed performance test reports and share insights with stakeholders.
• Recommend improvements to application architecture or infrastructure to enhance performance.
• Participate in capacity planning and performance risk assessment.
