Overview

Manual Tester (Functional & Regression Testing) with 4–8 years of experience in functional and regression testing. This role involves validating application behavior, managing UAT checklists, coordinating release sign-offs, and supporting deployment verification across India and US locations. Locations: Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore (India) / Boston (USA). Employment Type: Full-Time.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional and regression testing for critical applications.
• Validate application behavior against defined business requirements.
• Manage and execute UAT checklists and testing documentation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for release sign-offs.
• Support deployment verification post-release.
• Identify, document, and track defects ensuring timely resolution.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4–8 years of experience in manual testing.
• Strong expertise in functional and regression testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with UAT and release management processes.
• Capital markets domain experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress).
• Experience working in agile or hybrid environments.
