Automation Tester - Mobile App testing Job at MANPOWER STAFFING SERVICES (SINGAP

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Mobile App tester with automation experience to

join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing, particularly in

automating tests for mobile applications and APIs. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality

and functionality of our mobile apps and backend services through rigorous testing and

automation.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze user requirements and develop test cases accordingly.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Design, develop, and execute automation scripts using tools like Appium, Selenium, and Postman.
• Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs in the system.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure quality during the SoftwareDevelopment Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Conduct post-release and post-implementation testing.
• Maintain documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software.
• Analyze the performance of the application under dierent conditions and document observations.
• Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.
• Open to working with offshore team leaders located in geographically diverse locations
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure the resolution of system issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in mobile automation testing using Appium and Selenium.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with API testing tools like Postman.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java or Python.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
