About the Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Functional Tester with a strong background in CPE (Customer Premises Equipment) Wi-Fi Testing to join our QA team at Denver, CO. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of hands-on experience in both functional and API testing, particularly within the wireless networking domain, including routers and modems.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with AI Engineers and Project Managers to understand and articulate the capabilities of current and future contact center solutions
• 5+ years of experience in testing (both functional and API).
• (Validating of wireless CPE devices such as routers and modems is preferred
• Basic knowledge of networking.
• Hands-on experience with cloud services testing, especially Plume.
• Hands-on experience of using test inventory (Qmetry) for release and test management.
• Hands on experience in using API tools such as postman or Swagger.
• Experience in test data gathering using logging tools like Splunk, Datadog
• Hands-on experience using ticketing tools like JIRA.
• Team player and good communication skills.
• Understanding of QA methodologies, Bug life cycle and processes.
• Develop, maintain, and execute detailed test cases and scripts.
• Review and analyze system specifications and requirements.
• Strong knowledge and experience in various types of testing (Regression, Integration, End To End and Sanity)
