Job Title: QE Tester (Automation & Functional) – Selenium / D365

Location: Newton, MA (Local or nearby states preferred)

Experience Level: 12+ years

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts for regression and smoke testing using Selenium and/or AccelQ.
• Perform comprehensive functional testing of applications, with a focus on D365 environments.
• Create and execute detailed test cases, test plans, and scenarios based on business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements and quality expectations.
• Conduct regression, system integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) support.
• Log, track, and manage defects; participate in defect triage and verify fixes.
• Ensure adherence to QA processes, standards, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• 12+ years of experience in QA testing (both automation and functional).
• Strong hands-on experience with Selenium (AccelQ experience is a plus).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) testing.
• Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience in creating, maintaining, and executing automation frameworks.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
