Remote for now, but the candidate must be local to HDQ to return to the office in the future.

Qualification and Education Requirements:

1. Demonstrated experience in load tests, stress tests, stability tests, and test automation.
2. Design comprehensive test strategies for real-time Kubernetes applications, covering functional, performance, stress, and fault tolerance testing aspects.
3. Develop and maintain detailed test cases for various scenarios, including message queuing, event processing, distributed system interactions, and real-time data streaming.
4. Conduct load and stress testing to identify performance bottlenecks in real-time applications running on Kubernetes clusters, optimizing resource allocation and scaling mechanisms.
5. Implement real-time monitoring solutions to track application health metrics, latency, throughput, and resource usage during testing, proactively identifying potential issues.
6. Proficiency in automated testing frameworks like Selenium, JMeter, or other relevant tools for real-time application testing.
7. Working experience in PySpark/Python and Databricks and proficiency in SQL.
8. Knowledge of real-time communication protocols (e.g., WebSockets, MQTT), event streaming platforms (e.g., Kafka), and distributed system design principles.
9. Hands-on experience in PowerShell and Windows batch scripting is a plus.
10. Agile Delivery – Azure DevOps/Boards, JIRA.

Desired Qualifications and Education Requirements:

1. Master’s degree in information technology or the equivalent combination of training, education, and experience.
2. Expert knowledge of banking/financial industry trends, products, and services.
