Base pay range

$90,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to join the HR team of one of our top clients. The ideal candidate will be proficient in all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, event planning, and benefits administration.

Our client is a well-established realty company in the United States. They are a mid-sized organization with an emphasis on fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Description

  • Lead a small team.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Handle employee relations issues, providing conflict resolution when necessary.
  • Administer employee benefits and compensation programs.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Conduct regular HR training and workshops.
  • Maintain employee files and HR filing system.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Participate in performance management processes.

Profile

A successful 'HR Manager' should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and talent management systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Knowledge of HR legal requirements and compliance regulations.
  • The ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Ability to work 4 days onsite in midtown Manhattan.
