Role: Entry Level Recruitment Consultant
Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 + commission (OTE $80-100K year 1)
Location: New York, Mid-Town

What I am looking for in a candidate:
- Natural sales ability
- At least 1 year of work experience within retail, sales, or legal sectors
- Track record of personal success or competitiveness
- Confidence to work in a sales/target-driven environment
- Comfortable in face-to-face meetings
- Demonstrates a natural hunger and drive to succeed
- Committed to a career in recruitment
- Comfortable working in a small boutique NYC office

The Role:
- Hot desk with many recruitment vacancies from day 1
- Mapping the market and staying updated with trends to provide consultative advice to clients and candidates
- Resourcing candidates, vetting, interviewing, and building relationships with high-caliber candidates and clients
- Attending client meetings
- Taking job briefs
- Shadowing colleagues and working closely with Account Managers
- Collaborating with management to ensure success
