Job Overview

Ray Isaac Plastering LLC is growing and hiring 6 skilled Entry-Level Plaster to join our dynamic Field Operations team! We are looking for experienced Plaster and EIFS (Exterior Insulation and Finish Systems) applicators to work on a variety of residential, commercial, and government projects. The ideal candidates will be able to expertly prepare, apply, and finish plaster and EIFS systems to deliver top-quality results. Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

  • Prepare surfaces by cleaning, patching, taping, and applying bonding agents as needed.
  • Mix and apply various types of plaster, including base coat, finish coat, and specialty finishes.
  • Install and finish EIFS systems according to project specifications.
  • Apply stucco and textured finishes to interior and exterior surfaces.
  • Use hand tools and power tools to smooth, shape, and finish plastered surfaces.
  • Ensure all work meets company quality standards and project specifications.
  • Follow project blueprints and design details accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and safe worksite at all times.
  • Work effectively as part of a team and under the supervision of project leadership.
  • Assist with jobsite setup and material staging as required.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in plastering and EIFS application is required. Willing to train the right candidate who is reliable, motivated, and eager to learn the trade.
  • Skilled in various plastering techniques and EIFS installation.
  • Ability to read and follow blueprints and technical specifications.
  • Familiarity with stucco, textured finishes, and specialty coatings.
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
  • Ability to work at heights, on scaffolding, and in various outdoor conditions.
  • Ability to lift and move materials as needed for the job.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • No formal education required.

Work Schedule

  • Full-Time
  • Monday - Friday

Work Location:

  • On-site at various project locations in the region, with travel required based on the project's demands.
