This position offers the opportunity to provide emergency restoration and disaster recovery services to customers following work orders from the Lead Technician or Crew Chief.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform water/fire/smoke damage and mold remediation, including water extraction, content pack-out, removal of non-salvageable materials, cleaning, light construction, and demolition.
• Set up and monitor air movers and dehumidifiers.
• Assist with other cleaning duties such as construction cleaning, fire/smoke/odor cleaning, mold remediation, and carpet/upholstery cleaning as needed.
• Report equipment malfunctions and customer issues to supervisors.
• Complete assigned tasks while maintaining quality control.
