Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry (required).
• Understanding of organic and analytical chemistry principles.
• Equipment knowledge related to standard analytical labs.
• Ability to work full-time on a fixed schedule of three 12-hour shifts per week (3×12), with straight days or straight nights.

Responsibilities

• Support basic chemical analyses and experiments under supervision.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment following safety and quality protocols.
• Assist with sample preparation, data collection, and documentation of results.
• Collaborate with the scientific team to ensure accurate and timely analysis.

Compensation and Schedule

• Salary: $58,000 to $62,000 per year.
• Location: Danbury, CT.
• Shift: Night shift; fixed three 12-hour shifts per week.
