Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant

Location: Downtown Chicago, IL - The Loop

Salary: $45,000 base salary + uncapped commission (Average 1st Year OTE: $75-85k)

Phaidon International is hiring Entry-Level Recruitment Consultants to join our growing Chicago team across our specialist brands: Selby Jennings, EPM Scientific, Larson Maddox, and DSJ Global. You'll be matched with the team that best fits your interests and strengths during the interview process.

Founded in 2004, Phaidon has grown from a London-based startup into the 4th largest direct hire recruitment firm in the U.S. We train our consultants to become experts in niche markets, giving them the tools to succeed in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.

What You'll Do:

You'll develop your network, maintain long-term partnerships, and establish yourself as an expert in your market by doing these core recruitment functions:

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions
• Candidate Generation: Identify top talent through various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking
• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from the first interview to negotiating offers and closing placements
• Market Research & Strategy: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide clients and candidates with valuable

What You'll Need:

• Prior experience in customer service and/or sales is highly preferred
• Strong work ethic, resilience & drive, goal-oriented
• Experience or interest in building long-term professional relationships
