Responsibilities
- Recruiter - Overview: Create and implement recruiting strategies to identify and attract top-tier candidates using a variety of sourcing methods.
- Recruiter - Activities: Learn cold calling techniques, generate sales leads, build relationships by scheduling meetings with clients to expand business opportunities.
- Recruiter - Collaboration: Negotiate job offers and educate candidates about openings that match their qualifications; collaborate with the team to share best practices and ensure accurate CRM/ATS documentation.
- Account Executive - Overview: Build and manage your book of business, lead the sales process from prospecting to negotiating contracts, and maintain ongoing client relationships.
- Account Executive - Leadership: Lead and mentor recruiters, teach recruitment and sales techniques, and help provide a path toward promotions and leadership.
- Account Executive - Client Relations: Negotiate contracts, set rates, and ensure client satisfaction with staffing solutions.
- General: Maintain detailed records in CRM and ATS systems and take on additional leadership responsibilities as needed.
What We're Looking For
- 0–3 years of work experience, preferably in sales, customer service, retail, or a client-facing role.
- A strong desire to learn and advance in a sales-focused environment.
- A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with the ability to work in an office environment.
Position Details
- Position: Account Executive (Estimated promotion timeline 9–12 months)
- Book of Business: Build and manage your own client relationships and sales process from prospecting to closing and ongoing engagement.
- Leadership: Develop recruiters, share best practices, and contribute to team and company growth.
- CRM/ATS: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and candidate progress.
