Compensation & Benefits
Starting Base Pay: $15.00-$19.24/hour + Weekly Production Bonus
Production Bonus: Percentage varies based on weekly production goals, paid out weekly. Example: Hourly Base Rate = $15.00, Weekly Bonus = 55%, Total Hourly Rate = $23.25
Profit-Sharing: 10% of Nucor’s pre-tax earnings contributed annually to the Profit Sharing Plan, distributed to eligible teammates. Current 6-year average = 19.88%. Includes regular pay, overtime, and bonuses.

Position Overview:
We are assembling a pool of qualified applicants for semi-skilled production and support roles. No prior manufacturing experience is required; training will be provided. Roles may involve moderate to heavy lifting and physical activity. Candidates must be willing to work any shift, committed to a drug-free environment, and able to uphold safety standards at all times.
