- Pick, unpack, and pack orders right the first time
- Use scanners to track items (we'll train you)
- Stay active, lift up to 50 lbs, and keep pace
- Follow safety rules - your crew counts on you
- Double-check labels and counts for accuracy
- Show up ready to hustle and crush daily goals
- Work side-by-side with your team
- Step in for extra shifts when needed
