What You Can Expect At Federal Express Corporation (FEC)

• Fast-paced and physical warehouse work including loading, unloading, and sorting of packages of various sizes
• Part-time employees work one shift per day; full-time employees work two shifts
• Shift lengths vary by package volume; part-time typically 3–6 hours a day, full-time 6–10 hours
• Overtime paid after 40 hours per week

Pay Transparency

This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range across locations. Actual starting pay is determined by experience, location, and other factors. Eligible employees receive health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay Range: $17.20–$17.70
