Job Title: Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach (Part-time)
Reporting Relationship: Head Strength & Conditioning Coach
Department: Intercollegiate Athletics
Campus Location: Recreation & Wellness Center - Marion, IN
Summary of Position: Under the general supervision of the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach, assist in all aspects of the Strength and Conditioning Program in accordance with NAIA and University regulations.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Design and implementation of sport-specific strength and conditioning programs for assigned sport teams, including Football and 2-4 additional sports
- Collaboration with athletic training staff and sport coaches
- Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of the weight room facilities
- Provide Christ-centered culture and leadership
Qualifications

Education
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Exercise Science or a related field
- CSCS or SCCC certification
- Current First Aid/CPR/AED certification
Experience
- Previous strength and conditioning experience
