Job Title: Air Conditioning Service Engineer
Location: East Anglia (covering local works only)
Salary: £37,000 – £40,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Travel: Door to door payment
Hours: Monday – Friday 40 hours
Vehicle: Company van + fuel card

Company Overview
We are a local company based in East Anglia, specialising in Air Conditioning installations and maintenance across the domestic sector. Due to ongoing growth and new project wins in the local area, we are now seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team.
Role Overview
This is a mobile role covering mainly Domestic Air Conditioning Service & Maintenance across East Anglia. The successful engineer will be responsible for servicing and repairing split systems, VRV/VRF systems, and associated ductwork across Domestic and light commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Service & Maintenance of air conditioning equipment
- Install and commission a wide range of air conditioning systems (split, multi-split, VRV/VRF)
- Ensure works are completed in accordance with F-Gas regulations and health and safety guidelines
- Maintain accurate job records and complete relevant documentation
- Provide exceptional service to clients and represent the company in a professional manner
Requirements
- Proven experience in air conditioning installation (minimum 3 years)
- F-Gas Category 1 qualification (essential)
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (or equivalent)
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work independently and manage installation tasks from start to finish
- Strong fault-finding and commissioning skills desirable
- Good communication and time management skills
Desirable
- CSCS card or equivalent site safety certifications
- Experience with Daikin, Mitsubishi, Toshiba or Panasonic systems
- IPAF and PASMA certifications
