We are seeking a hands-on, reliable Lead HVAC Technician to join our growing team in Sandy, Utah. We specialize in delivering high-quality HVAC services for residential and commercial clients who expect excellence.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and train a team of HVAC technicians to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high standards.
• Install, service, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Troubleshoot system issues and perform diagnostics to determine effective solutions.
• Maintain and manage tools, equipment, and inventory for daily operations.
• Communicate clearly with clients and team members about project progress and system recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines, codes, and company quality standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven HVAC technician experience (3+ years preferred).
• EPA Universal certification required; additional certifications are a plus.
• A growth mindset with the ability to teach and develop others on the team.
• Willingness to go the extra mile and take initiative to solve problems proactively.
• Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and repair skills across various HVAC systems.
• Comfortable working in various environments and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
