Air Conditioning Brand Manager - Leading HVAC/R Distributor on the West Coast. One of California's largest and most established wholesale refrigeration supply houses with over 110 years of experience serving the HVAC/R industry, expanding our sales team to launch a new brand of A/C systems in California.

Compensation

Base pay range: $100,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to introduce the new air conditioning brand to the California market.
  • Build and maintain relationships with contractors to establish a network of exclusive dealers for the new brand.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify target markets and develop sales plans to meet business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the HVAC industry.
  • Create and manage promotional campaigns, including advertising, events, and digital marketing initiatives, to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to continuously improve strategies and achieve business goals.
  • Work closely with the Rheem Corporation to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and leverage their resources for successful market penetration.
  • Provide training and support to dealerships to enhance product knowledge and sales capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, dealers, and industry partners.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma (any additional experience a plus)
  • 5+ years of outside sales experience, including brand management experience in the HVAC industry locally
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Proficient digital marketing and social media skills
  • Prior experience building and managing dealer networks
