💼 What You’ll Do

Lay out and fabricate stairs, rails, and miscellaneous metal components

Cut and weld steel, aluminum, and stainless steel using MIG, TIG, and Stick techniques
-
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and layout specifications
-
Operate fabrication tools including cold saw, band saw, pipe notcher, and grinder
-
Use tape measures, hand tools, and jigs to align and fit parts
-
Safely operate a 5-ton overhead crane
🛠Skills You Bring

Proficiency in welding (MIG, TIG, Stick)

Strong blueprint reading and metal fitting capabilities

Familiarity with painting and finishing techniques

Solid understanding of geometry, trigonometry, and basic math

Ability to lift up to 60 lbs safely

Comfortable switching between tasks to meet tight deadlines

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
