AUDIO TEAM Our audio team makes sure every word and note is heard clearly-whether you're sitting in the room, watching online, or listening from across the globe. They mix sound for the worship center, online services, and in-ear monitors for our worship team. They're part of rehearsals, help run sound checks, and keep things smooth during services by juggling cues and staying in sync with the entire team. LIVE VIDEO TEAM This crew helps tell the story of what God is doing each weekend. Through live cameras, lyrics, and screens, they help people engage-whether they're in the room or tuning in from one of our campuses or around the world. They capture every moment with creativity and excellence so that the message and worship can go far beyond Lake Forest. You can serve by operating a camera, running lyrics, or directing. LIGHTING TEAM The lighting team helps create the atmosphere for worship-spaces that feel like a glimpse of heaven. From programming lights to running haze and effects, they make sure everything on stage is visible, beautiful, and meaningful. They're part of rehearsals, collaborate with the whole team, and bring the service to life with light. If you love tech and creativity, there's a place for you behind the lighting console or operating the big center screen. STAGE TEAM This team keeps the service running smoothly from behind the scenes. They lead the flow of each moment, guide volunteers, and make sure props, people, and pieces get to the right place at the right time. They're like backstage shepherds-helping others win by staying organized, calm, and clear. WANT TO SEE IT IN ACTION? Come check out a Backstage Tour! It's a chance to get a behind-the-scenes look at how our team supports weekend services. You'll get to see a live rehearsal, hear from our staff, and explore how you might fit into one of the teams that make Saddleback weekends happen. Interested? In the midst of illness, loss of a child or other personal crisis, a physical, touchable expression of care and concern can be very important. The members of the Quilting Ministry create beautiful quilts that provide care, comfort and encouragement to the hurting. Our quilters enjoy fellowship, prayer and sharing with one another as they quilt.
As people reconciled to God through the gospel of Jesus Christ - Jesus' life, death, burial, resurrection, and appearance - we intend to respond to conflicts in a just, merciful, and humble way that glorifies God. We believe that by encountering God's presence through His Holy Spirit, understanding his character, and remembering our identity in Christ Jesus, we will be able to fulfill our calling to live in peace with others as far as it depends on us. Therefore, in response to God's love and in reliance on His grace, the Saddleback Church Reconciliation Ministry can coach you in and through the process called The Path of a Peacemaker. Conflict Coaching is when a coach sits down with a participant to help prepare them to reconcile their differences with others. Like an athletic coach, a conflict coach will challenge, inspire, and call out blind spots that the participant does not see.A conflict coach can also serve as a mediator later in the process if the coach has remained biblically neutral and all parties to the conflict desire to move toward the mediation process.Mediation is when a mediator walks a group of individuals in conflict through a process of relational reconciliation and restitution. The mediator is a coach and guide to negotiating conflicted situations toward a mutually agreed outcome. To discuss your case further and get started with the process, please contact us by sending an email to: Resolveconflict@saddleback.com. Please provide a brief description of your conflict.

We are a team that facilitates the safety and security of those visiting our campus. We "serve and protect" by serving along side the Security Team staff and other ministries. A law enforcement background is not a requirement for service.
This team makes a big difference whenever a few extra hands are needed to help out. We send out one-off serving opportunities each month where the greatest needs are. This might be helping out on the weekend, assisting other teams with an event, or serving with your family in the community. These are unique serving opportunities that don't require ongoing activity.
We are volunteers who meet one-on-one with church members who have taken Activate 3 and have completed a SHAPE profile to assist them in discovering possibilities for service that would be most rewarding for them. By understanding their SHAPE, we try to connect them with various ministries, individuals and opportunities that would be a good fit.
