Leaky’s Plumbing & A/C is growing fast in San Antonio, and we’re looking for a confident, driven, prospecting salesperson to help us become the dominant force in commercial plumbing and HVAC across the city.

You won’t be doing this alone — we have a support team to help with admin tasks so you can focus on prospecting, building relationships and closing deals.

What You’ll Do:

Sell commercial plumbing and HVAC service, maintenance, and replacements

Visit local businesses daily — apartments, medical buildings, restaurants, offices, churches, property managers, etc.

Manage key accounts and bring in new ones

Build a pipeline of repeat customers who rely on us

Ideal Candidate:

Loves the hunt – you enjoy hearing "no" because you know a “yes” is coming

Competitive and self-driven – you want to win and hate being average

Organized and consistent – you track your calls, walk-ins, and follow-up

Confident communicator – you can walk into a business cold and open a conversation

Learns fast – we’ll train you, but you need hustle in your DNA
