The AVP will work closely with senior leadership, including the CEO's office, to evaluate new business opportunities, conduct market research, and assess the cost-benefit dynamics of strategic projects. Applicants for this role at the company should hold a Master’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field, with an MBA being preferred. A minimum of 7 years' experience in business analysis, investment banking, consulting, or corporate strategy, particularly within the healthcare sector, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial modeling, valuation, and data analytics, as well as a strong understanding of healthcare industry dynamics, including payer-provider relationships, regulatory environment, and emerging trends. Exceptional problem-solving skills, proficiency in relevant software, and the ability to communicate and present effectively, especially to C-suite executives, are also essential.
