Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Senior UPS Field Service Engineer to maintain and support 3-Phase UPS systems across multiple data centers. This role involves commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of critical power infrastructure to ensure uptime and reliability. Ideal candidates will have strong technical expertise, adaptability, and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain 3-Phase UPS and power systems at multiple data centers within a region.
• Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and performance evaluations.
• Respond to emergency issues, diagnose faults, and perform on-site repairs.
• Commission new 3-Phase UPS systems, including setup, testing, and integration.
• Recommend and implement system upgrades and optimizations.
• Adapt to varying client and site-specific needs.
• Prepare service documentation and follow established MOPs.
• Attend training on OEM systems and company procedures.

Requirements:

• 5–10+ years of 3-Phase UPS/power systems experience.
• Skilled in component-level troubleshooting (UPS, batteries, PDUs, STSs).
• Hands-on experience with at least one major 3-Phase UPS OEM: Liebert/Emerson/Vertiv, APC/MGE/Schneider, or Eaton/Powerware (required).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work nights/weekends as needed.
• Proficiency with basic computer software and diagnostic tools.
• Prior 3rd-party service provider experience is a plus.
