Overview

We’re hiring for our Conway location. We are looking for someone dependable, friendly, and hard-working to join our team full-time. This job entails all day, every day customer service in a busy environment. Computer, internet, and phone skills are a must. NOTE: availability during December & January is required.

THIS JOB IS:

• All-day customer service in a busy retail environment
• On your feet for your whole shift (7+ hours)
• Lifting packages (sometimes 50+ lbs), multitasking, staying upbeat under pressure, non-stop activity
• Helping customers with shipping/packing, printing, and business services (faxing, scanning/email, notary)

THIS JOB IS NOT:

• NOT a warehouse or delivery job
• NOT with UPS Corporate
• NOT a desk job — you will be moving all day and helping customers

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH:

• Weekend/flexible availability
• Strong computer, internet, phone, and customer service skills
• Clear communication, attention to detail, self-starter
• Reliable, team player, long-term mindset (our training takes a lot of time!)
