π What You'll Do:
π§ Overview:
Weβre looking for a skilled and motivated Electrical Field Service Technician with hands-on experience in UPS & HVAC Systems, and industrial maintenance. This role involves on-site service, diagnostics, and repair of complex equipment, with a strong focus on safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
π§ Key Responsibilities:
π§° Perform on-site service and maintenance of UPS systems, HVAC/refrigeration units, power distribution equipment, switchgear, and related electrical infrastructure.
π Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and electronic issues using specialized tools and diagnostic equipment.
π οΈ Execute repairs and upgrades to ensure optimal system performance and reliability, including emergent corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
π€ Interact with customers to provide technical support, explain service procedures, and ensure satisfaction.
π Document service activities through detailed reports, including diagnostics, repairs, and recommendations.
π§ͺ Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to extend equipment life and reduce operational risks.
π¦Ί Follow strict safety protocols, including lock-out/tag-out procedures, and report any hazards or incidents to ensure a safe work environment.
π Travel to customer sites within the assigned region, maintaining a professional and responsive presence.
π Stay up to date with training and certifications to maintain compliance with industry standards and technical excellence.
β Required Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience in HVAC, refrigeration, and electrical UPS systems and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of AC/DC power electronics, motor controllers, and digital circuitry.
- Proficiency with test equipment (multimeters, waveform analyzers, diagnostic software).
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and service procedures.
- Excellent communication skills for technical documentation and customer interaction.
- Proven troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills in high-pressure environments.
- Strong safety compliance and risk mitigation practices.
π Preferred Background:
- Military technical training or equivalent industrial experience.
- Certifications in HVAC, electrical safety, or automation systems.
- Experience with emergency response and critical infrastructure recovery.

π° Salary Range: $75,000 β $85,000 USD per year + over time.
