Position Overview:

We are seeking a Field Service Technician with expertise in testing and maintaining mission critical equipment such as Switchgear, Generators, Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS), Uninterruptable Power Supplies (UPS), Computer Room Air Conditioners (CRACs), DC plants, Power Distribution Units (PDU), Battery Cabinets, and related critical infrastructure.

This role combines project management with hands-on technical responsibilities. You will be integral to the lifecycle of our projects, ensuring high-quality, standards-compliant implementations. Key Qualifications:

• Experience in testing and maintaining UPSs, ATSs, Battery Cabinets, PDUs, Generators, and other electrical equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on generators, ATSs, UPSs, CRACs, DC plants, and related equipment.
• Conduct onsite Integrated Systems Testing (IST) for electrical gear.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent, with 3+ years of relevant IST experience.
• Strong project management and testing procedure skills.
• Excellent organizational skills for coordinating equipment delivery and onsite activities.
• Ability to review electrical plans and develop solutions for potential risks.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration across departments.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform demanding tasks.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
• Ability to pass criminal background, DMV, and credit checks.
