What You’ll Do

  • Master the grill, broiler, and sauté stations—especially steak preparation and presentation.
  • Execute menu items with consistency, speed, and attention to detail.
  • Keep your station sharp, clean, and well-prepped.
  • Collaborate with an exceptional culinary team to create memorable guest experiences.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–3+ years of experience as a line cook in an upscale steakhouse or fine-dining restaurant.
  • Strong knowledge of steak cuts, cooking temps, and classic sides.
  • Dependable, team-first attitude with a passion for culinary excellence.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a busy kitchen.
