What does a Merchandiser do at Swire Coca-Cola?

Ensure all customer locations are properly stocked and rotated according to company standards. Guarantee customer satisfaction by maintaining back rooms, beverage sections, displays, coolers, and all points of availability throughout the store. Develop and preserve internal and external customer relationships while representing Swire Coca-Cola.

Job details:

Full Time. 6:00am start time. 5 days a week. (varied days off during the week). Weekends and holidays required.

Pay: $19.00/hr

Responsibilities:

• Clean and organize shelves and/or aisles daily with customer cleaning equipment to ensure a safe environment
• Restock coolers, displays, racks, and shelves daily with labels facing outward
• Rotate products to ensure quality following FIFO system
• Build displays and promotional items according to instructions and schedule
• Utilize technology and applications throughout the day
• Maintain and organize back rooms/back stock areas safely
• Prepare for return any credited product unfit for sale daily
• Attend meetings and assist with special projects and events

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid Arizona driver’s license required; driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy
• Ability to use reliable vehicle to travel within routes and maintain business use vehicle insurance
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as required
