Job Details:

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10 AM – 6:30 PM (On call one day a week and rotation on Saturdays)

Pay: $28.74/hr

What does a Service Technician do at Swire Coca-Cola?

This role involves transportation, installation, removal, and repair of fountain beverage dispensers, vendor, and cooler equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose various types of complex fountain machine equipment (e.g., B.E.S.T., Freestyle Series, ABS, Remote Refrigeration, Water Filtration, Hot Beverage, Juice Machine) and other beverage equipment to determine work, parts, and materials needed, and perform repairs
• Move or remove equipment as required
• Travel to customer locations within the assigned area
• Interact effectively and appropriately with customers, management, and colleagues
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work area after service calls
• Use handheld devices to document travel, labor, and parts used
• Maintain accurate parts inventory and keep the vehicle clean, organized, and safe

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience in diagnosis & repair of consumer or commercial appliances
• 1+ years experience as a beverage service technician (e.g., fountain installation, bottle/can reactive)
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift 50 pounds as needed

Base pay is $28.74/hr plus bonus, depending on role and location, experience, and skills.
