Days/Hours of Work: Sunday - Wednesday, 6 am start time

Job Summary

Merchandisers stock Coca-Cola beverage products in retail accounts. They ensure all beverage sections, end caps, racks, and displays are filled for consumers. Merchandisers monitor product date codes and rotate products to maintain quality and freshness.

Job Responsibilities

1. Maintain and replenish products on store shelves, racks, displays, and coolers, transporting products between backroom and sales floor using manual or powered equipment.
2. Build, change, or remove product displays following company standards; maintain signage; clean product spaces; secure damaged or defective products.
3. Manage backroom inventory, organize products, monitor stock levels, and report to the store's account manager, utilizing FIFO principles.
4. Evaluate and process damaged products, re-pack, organize backroom materials, rotate stock weekly, and complete necessary paperwork.
5. Communicate with team and store personnel through Teams app, including posting recaps and pictures, addressing out-of-stock issues, and customer concerns.
6. Maintain professional relationships with co-workers and customers.

Job Requirements

1. High School Diploma or GED preferred; at least one year of work experience required.
2. Minimum of one year in grocery, retail, warehouse, or manual labor.
3. Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work.
4. Own a personal vehicle for work use.
5. Valid driver’s license, current insurance, and a clean driving record within policy guidelines.
6. Experience with equipment like pallet jacks and lifts is preferred; ability to obtain powered industrial truck certification.
7. Basic tech skills; familiarity with smartphones and laptops.
8. Flexible with work hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements

• Constant speaking, acute vision, frequent typing, mobility, bending/squatting, lifting up to 40 lbs., pushing/pulling carts, and frequent travel between locations.

Pay: $18.50 per hour
