Job Details

Schedule: 5:00am – Until finish, 5x8’s, weekends required, OT as needed

Pay: $17.41 - $21.76

Responsibilities

• Utilization of technology and applications as required throughout the day
• Clean and organize shelves and/or aisles daily with customer cleaning equipment to provide a safe environment for customers
• Daily restocking of coolers, displays, racks and shelves with labels facing outward
• Rotate products to ensure quality using a first in, first out stocking system
• Build displays and other promotional items throughout the store as directed by supervisor and store management
• Maintain and organize back rooms/back stock areas in a safely accessible manner; prepare for return any credited product unfit for sale
• Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license required; driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy requirements
• Ability to use a reliable vehicle to travel to stores within routes and maintain business use vehicle insurance; you are not responsible for transporting products
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as required by business needs

Base pay range is $17.41 to $21.76 plus bonus structure (dependent on role). Pay offered will depend on candidate’s geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.

Employees and families are offered Medical, Dental, Vision; union pension with employer contributions; Sick pay awarded at 1 hour per 40 hours worked; 7 paid holidays plus 2 floating holidays; 40 hours of vacation pro‑rated in the first year (3‑1/3 hours per remaining full month in the current calendar year); Eligible for paid Bereavement and Jury Duty.
