What does a Production Maintenance Technician do at Swire Coca-Cola?

Repair and maintain all assets within the production facility. Troubleshoot, identify, and repair issues in production equipment and processes to ensure smooth operations.

Job Details:

Schedule: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM rotating shift (2-2-3-3), with overtime and off days as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot equipment problems and perform repairs to prevent product quality variations.
  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to extend equipment lifespan.
  • Conduct equipment change-overs and line set-ups before production changes.
  • Overhaul and install new equipment as directed.
  • Manage parts inventory to ensure availability.
  • Attend meetings and assist with projects and events.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to learn and operate production equipment.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Forklift certification within 1 month of hire.
  • Ability to perform tasks independently.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
