What does a Sr. Production Manager do at Swire Coca-Cola? Direct and coordinate the day-to-day production activities to produce the highest quality product as efficiently and economically as possible within the KORE and ISO standards for Quality, Food Safety, Safety and Environment.
Responsibilities Ensure the plant complies with all KORE Quality/Environmental/Safety, ISO-9001, and FSSC 22000 requirements and all federal and state laws and regulations pertaining to production.
Monitor the efficiency and performance of key business indicators for production, quality, safety and environmental metrics.
Coordinate with Sales, supply and demand planning to formulate the weekly production schedule to balance production and inventory levels.
Review production needs for capital expenditure budgets with the plant manager and maintenance manager.
Hire, supervise and provide professional development and training for all production personnel.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent experience
10+ years progressive experience in beverage production, maintenance, warehouse and management
Facilities and operations management experience
Safety requirements knowledge
KORE requirements for Quality, Safety and Environmental
Understanding of ISO Management Systems for Quality, Safety and Environmental
Knowledge of international food safety requirements
Understanding of Coca-Cola KORE requirements
Knowledge of regulatory requirements for facilities
Base pay range is $117,209 - $153,837 plus bonus structure (dependent on role). Pay offered will depend on candidate’s geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
