Exciting Opportunity Alert! Viking Coca-Cola Bottling Company is looking for a Full-Time Merchandiser to join our team in St. Cloud, MN.

You will be hands-on with our products, ensuring displays are visually appealing and shelves are stocked to drive sales and deliver an excellent customer experience.

What you'll do

• Stock shelves and create eye-catching displays that showcase our products.
• Ensure products are fresh and appealing to customers.
• Maintain strong communication with sales representatives and drivers.
• Provide outstanding customer service and resolve issues on the go.
• Handle spills, keep equipment clean, and manage merchandising tasks efficiently.
• Contribute to safety and quality standards while working in a fast-paced retail environment.

What we're looking for

• Master communicator with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Valid driver’s license with insurance; your own vehicle will be used for work.
• Ability to maneuver manual pallet jacks and carts; capable of pushing/pulling up to 2,200 pounds.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays; able to work independently and solve problems on the spot.
• Strong driving skills, physical agility, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.

Salary and Benefits

Salary: $19.50 - $21.75 per hour
