Coke Florida is looking for a Dispatcher based out of our Tampa location. We're currently looking for 2:30PM to 11:00PM, working Monday through Friday.

What You Will Do

As a Coke Florida Dispatcher, you will be responsible for the planning and dispatching of service routes in an accurate and timely basis to meet established metrics. Dispatchers will work closely with management teams to ensure that scheduling, routing and service are optimized and efficient.

  • Planning and dispatching in an accurate and timely basis to meet established metrics.
  • Working with management teams to ensure that scheduling, routing and service are optimized and efficient.
  • Using software and tools to identify the lowest cost solution based on need.
  • Continuously improving our dataset in an effort to optimize our model and service.
  • Providing daily communication to management on labor and equipment needs.

For This Role, You Will Need

  • At least 1 year of prior work experience
  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • Position is Monday-Friday 2:30pm-11pm but must be flexible

  • Aptitude for technology: Quickly learn and apply knowledge, skills, and judgment by assessing and translating information technology into responsive and effective planning solutions. Experience with Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) required.
  • At least 1 year of planning or analytical experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution preferred
