Work Schedule: Mon - Fri / 5:00a - Until Complete / Some Saturdays if needed
Location coverage: Westbank and surrounding area (Harvey, LA; Algiers, LA; Venice, LA)
What Your Day Will Look Like
- Ensure proper care of equipment, and Company/customer assets daily
- Rotate and replenish products in customer outlets, including displays, racks, and all Coca-Cola and brand partner equipment
- Maintain product integrity in every account; neatly stacked, condensed, and rotated backstock, clean coolers and racks to Company standards
- Organize and collect breakage or out-of-date product, including empty shells and pallets
- Provide feedback and recommendations to leadership on competitive threats and business opportunities
- Collaborate with the Sales Supervisor and Delivery Driver to execute the plan for each outlet
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers and provide superior customer service
- Work with all functional team members and perform duties as assigned by management
What You Need To Succeed
- Minimum age of 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license and obligation to maintain compliance with UNITED fleet policy
- Reliable vehicle
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required; comply with safety policies
- Regular and prompt attendance
- Ability to read, write and speak English; neat professional appearance
- Ability to maintain safety and security of Company assets
- Ability to utilize all Company resources and technology
- High school diploma or GED; or 3–6 months related experience or equivalent
- Frequent bending, kneeling, exposure to weather and noise
- Flexible or rotating schedule
- Ability to respond to customer issues and perform duties with minimal supervision
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, write simple correspondence, and present information to customers and colleagues
- Numerical skills for basic math; problem-solving ability
- Previous Merchandising experience preferred
Physical Requirements
Position requires compliance with CCBCU Personal Protective Equipment Program. Safety-toed shoes may be required for activities such as operating equipment, pallet handling, and cooler servicing. The job may involve varying frequencies of standing, walking, bending, kneeling, pushing/pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
