JCPenney is hiring: Seasonal Operations Associate in Roseville

A Seasonal Operations Associate's role is to create an outstanding customer experience by performing operations functions within the store. This is an early morning position and you will work with the task team to perform functions prior to store opening. As a seasonal hire you will have a defined employment time period, but you may be offered an employment extension or regular position based on your work ethic and availability.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Customer Service — maneuver around the store at a fast pace, assist customers with questions or requests
• Executes pricing and signing — adjust ticket prices and merchandising signs across the store
• Replenish and restock the store — pull and prepare merchandise to ensure styles and sizes are available on the floor
• Receive and unload merchandise — work with teammates to unload a truck and prepare backroom merchandise
• Backroom standards — maintain a safe, clean, and organized stockroom
• Online jcp.com pick up — find and fulfill orders placed online
• Merchandise strategy — execute leadership plans for merchandise placement and maintain merchandising standards
• Participates in a learning environment — absorb new information from peers or training materials
