Overview

WE\'RE CURRENTLY HIRING FOR THE OXNARD COSTCO! Seeking positive, energetic, and sales-focused professionals who can be passionate brand ambassadors. This is a fantastic opportunity selling nutritional supplements made by Qunol & Zena.

Are you highly motivated by goals, love interacting with people and known to be a self-starter? If the answer is yes, then this is the job for you!

Representatives will be trained to encourage sales while actively demonstrating the features, benefits, and value of our NEW Super Greens, Liquid Collagen, CoQ10, and various Turmeric products. Available Demo Hours: 10:00am-5:30pm. All days available. Weekends are the BEST commission days!

This sales job is ideal for people looking to supplement their income with great pay.

Compensation and Schedule

• Starting at $23-25/hr, plus commission based on surpassing sale quotas
• W-2 Employment
• Promotional kit provided and bi-weekly paycheck via direct deposit
• Average brand ambassadors earn $200-$300 per day; top ambassadors earn $500+ per day
• Bonus payout structure: nine products in Costco with typically five on the table; shifts from 10:00am to 5:30pm

Bonus Payout Details

• Sell 30 Super Greens — $90 in commission
• Sell 20 Liquid Collagen — $60 in commission
• Sell 5 Liquid CoQ10 (not on sale) — $15 in commission

Sales Promoter Responsibilities

• Approach and interact with Costco members to promote brands provided by suppliers
• Present yourself and the company professionally while at Costco
• Provide excellent customer service to Costco members on behalf of Direct Demo
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds
• Must be able to lift and carry a 4 ft folding table (approximately 30 pounds) from the parking lot to the store and back, and carry products, demonstration supplies, and sales materials to and from your car at the start and end of each shift
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to work independently as the only team member per location

Requirements

• Outgoing personality and ability to approach and talk to customers
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Experience with direct sales
• Email and basic computer/mobile device skills
